Every photo has 4 ken burns properties.  You can customize each slideshow’s image in it’s smallest aspects: transitions, speeds, colors, sizes, etc. All this via a well structured XML file, so basically you can use this file without even touching the Flash file.

The slideshow has a different slide time for every image. So if you want to leave an image longer on the screen, you can do so. Also there are next/previous/play/pause controls that give you the ability to view the slideshow in your own way. These are all external buttons that you can change easily, just by replacing them. If you don’t want to use these buttons, you can always delete them.
